   Had my daughters 2nd birthday party here today, we had the teddy bear package and it was great, well worth the cost per child, they got to build a bear with many to choose from and the birthday child receiving a larger one, food was lovely and warm handed out quickly, something for all, halal meals provided for the children that required them. Party host was very helpful and and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again

   Excellent facilities, very very clean and very very safe, my 3 year old grandson loved it. The food and refreshments are nice and the staff were very helpful and worked hard to make our stay a nice one. Highly recommended.

   Can't fault this place for kids, especially on a rainy day. £6.50 entry free for 3 years old plus, with unlimited time allowed here, so that's a bargain. The menu choices are surprisingly decent, and portion sizes are big. They have a kids menu too, and not everything on the adults and kids menu is unhealthy food. Prices for food are really reasonable, which is nice to see in these times. Sometimes, older kids play in the toddler area, which is annoying, and i would have preferred it if the staff were a bit more vigilant with regards to this. That said, the staff, mostly young people, were all very friendly and polite. I liked being allocated a table on arrival, that's a good system here, particularly when it's so busy.

   Very large soft play that is well kept. Reasonable entry price. Food and drink are a good standard. My children had a bump into each other while we were there and the guy that helped and filled in the accident book was great.

   I really like this play area for my son. He loves coming here to run wild. It's probably the biggest one I've been to. Selection of toys, obstacles, slides, ball pit, go karts, etc. Food is cheap and cheerful. Staff are very friendly. Become a regular.

   Grandsons birthday party. Place was packed and several of us couldn't get a seat. Kids loved the play area though, which was large and varied. Snack bar was really good. Felt the party room part was very rushed. Has a small separate toddler area.

   Nice place for children. A lady from kitchen came to tell that she burnt our pizza, bless her, and we have to wait another 10 minutes. Which was fine, that's what you need for excellent customer service- basic information and communication. Thank u
