Had my Grandaughter party here, kids loved the play area but the food was not suitable for small kids. Should be quavers/skips not normal crisps. Why bring ice cream out five minutes after they sit down so the children stop eating as they wanted the ice cream. Cucumber/carrot/fruit for under 3 but much. They sang happy birthday before all the children were sat down. Nice food for adults though. Very clean place.

We visited Kidzone today and our grandchildren had a great time. There was a lovely atmosphere and the place was both clean and tidy. Tables were disinfected as they became free and the staff were very friendly. Our only criticism if any was that one or two of the parents were a bit too enthusiastic when supporting their children within the play area.

Have visited here on many occasions. Always a warm and inviting welcome from all the staff. Food is nice and reasonably priced, quick service too! Glad to see some of the extra rides that you have to pay for have been removed as my daughter would only want to go in those previously and not actually play in the soft play! Always have a good view of the children at all times and is safe and secure.

I visited on Friday with my 2 children as part of a group. The children all enjoyed the food and play area. We found the staff friendly. However when I ordered cake for my daughter she was unable to say thank you. She is autisic and cannot speak to strangers, she was also anxious as it was noisy ( to be expected in a soft play). My daughter is 8, she looks 12 and is mentally 5. I apologised for her and thanked the man. However his facial expressions said a lot and his manner towards us changed dramatically. At the time I didn't explain about my daughters disability as between trying to stop her escaping ( she can reach the green button) and watching my other daughter I didn't have the time. I feel that the staff need to be aware of common childhood disabilities and be more accommodating and understanding to make the experience a little less stressful for parents who are judged constantly for their children's neuro diverse behaviour.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. But the under 2 area is very poor and Itβs annoying that there areas toys in the other areas which are not free to use. Explaining to a child (particularly to a toddler) that they canβt keep going back to play on them is frustrating. Opening until late and the distance is very convenient for me. *Thanks for your response, the pandemic was terrible. We look forward to seeing the revamped baby room.

Booking was easy. Staff were friendly. Didn't have food so can't comment on that. The soft play was OK but the rope ladder absolutely kills your feet! The motorised cars were an annoyance. They cost Β£1.50 for about 3-5 mins turn and my child just kept wanting to go on it, so I spent my time arguing with him... He's only 2 years old so doesn't understand why he can't just go on the cars constantly. Other parents with kids of similar ages were having the same trouble. The age zones are pointless as kids clearly over 4 were acting like yobs throwing balls into little kids faces and it just wasn't enjoyable for us. It was stressful. They could really do with more staff on the floor to tell older kids to come out of the younger areas. We ended up leaving early as it was just too chaotic and busy. I did like the fact you could see kids pretty much at all times and in all areas and the big slide was fun. I'm sure that older kids are fine here and it's great for them but we went be rushing back with a toddler.

Really enjoyed it here with my kids. It's not the biggest place in the world but it was still good. Cost Β£9 for my 2 kids. Had the place to ourselves when we got there, soon filled up though, Saturday around 1:00pm when we arrived. There's a big blue slide that we went down that you can pick up some serious speed on lol. Ball court, little ball pool, zip line, smaller slides etc. Little area for 0-2s which my little lad went in, it was OK for him. There's a little track for go karts but unfortunately they weren't working when we went. The staff were really polite and friendly, probably the best I've come across yet as far as kids play centres go, keep up the good work guys, it makes a big difference! Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is due to its size really that's all, nowt they can do about that though.

Great place for a 3yr old. Been a couple of times. Staff helpful and pleasant. Food is good. Waited 30mins for jacket spud. It's cheaper during term time ie Β£3.20 instead of Β£4.50. They did a meal deal for kids when I attended on a Friday morning which was Β£5.50! It was clean enough and you can see most of the play area. You are buzzed in through a secure door. Free wifi. They have a loyalty card for a free entry and a loyalty card for hot drinks.
