We are regulars at Munchkins and my daughter had her birthday party there today. Fantastic, and completely stress free for me! The party area was laid out beautifully on arrival. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The kids all had a ball. Thanks to all and see you soon! Ann x

Absolutely disgusted the way they book parties. Double booking then telling a six year old he cannot have his party and needs to leave. Will not be going there again after years upon years of not only taking my children but my grandchildren as well. I DO NOT Recommend Munchkins for any children to go through what my six year old grandson had to endure on the 11/01/2025.
My grandson was supposed to have his sixth birthday party there today, turns out the the owner had double booked the venue, we had 30 of his friends also had in attendance. We were forced to leave with heartbroken children and find another venue at short notice. Owner Not very helpful however young girl went out of her way to try and make things right. After booking this venue for years for my children and grandchildren has now come to an end. We will not be returning or recommending this venue ever again Zero star rating for customer service.
Amazing party. Went for the foam party we had a great time. Great venue, great food and just a great party package.

I think security here of the kids is an issue. I was meeting friends already there and although I had a 3 year old with me I did just walk in and head straight to them. No staff confronted me asking to pay or anything. The 'cafe' is reception. It stinks the whole place out when they're cooking. No ventilation at all. As someone else has mentioned, staff carrying hot drinks around with kids running by isn't safe. I'd love to see their risk assessment for this activity. My friends child managed to cause a small problem. She told staff so it could be sorted. I think it was the manager. If the eyes rolled back any further into her head she would have done a flip. Absolute face of thunder on her! If you're going to be leaving certain items in reaching distance of young kids what the hell do you expect to happen when they get them? Do you know where you work?? Sort your face out. The area for smaller kids is not managed. Older kids where all over it causing hassle for adults and kids.
Absolutely the best play centre for a party I have ever been to. We had a private party for my grandson and all I can say is wow.
Dirty and outdated whole place stank of chip fat and meat and most of equipment was torn or broken in some way so didnt feel safe to use we ordered food when we sat down and were served microwave chips with cold cheese on and a burnt toastie! They dont have an actual kitchen area just a toastie maker and microwave behind the till which explains why the place stank so bad the seat area for the adults just looks like old school chairs and tables thrown together and it was really uncomfortable to sit on not a relaxing or welcoming place at all and way to overpriced for what it was
