Terrible service. They still 20 minutes late even you book advance. Then not even wait for you outside for a bit. They call about Taxi is arrive then I just put the coat and go out... can you believe it's gone.

After ringing the company at 9-30pm and booking a 16 seater for an hours time, we got a text saying it had been dispatched. We waited outside after it being late half an hour we rang again they said he was on a job and wouldn't be long. After an hour I rang again he was still on a job but was trying to get to us. This happened for two hours by the time the taxi finally pulled up we were freezing, after ringing the company a final time hoping for an appology they said they couldn't do anything! NEARLY 3 HOURS LATE! I wouldn't recommend this taxi company at all!
