What a bad experience, at the busiest time of year too for businesses. Communication and empathy is extremely bad. So disappointed with this company. AVOID!
Extremely poor service consisting of low level communication and huge delays.
DO NOT EVER USE THESE GUYS! IVE HAD SIGNIFICANT DELAYS AFTER DELAYS! They will cost you TIME and MONEY. There are much better and efficient freight forwarders out there who communicate much better. These guys dont even have the decency to tell you of any delays, let alone a 3 week delay to a shipment. Service is shocking. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
