Called in for a puncture repair on my 20yr old pride and joy having had to fit the spacesaver myself for only the second time during those years. Two young lads couldn't be more helpful repairing the puncture and then pointing out my spacesaver hadn't centred itself when I inflated it so replaced my repaied tyre on the car removed the spacsaver and fixed the problem with it. Couldn't ask for better service help and warm friendly staff and excellent advice should I find myself in the same position again. Thank you.

Not going to lie my partner took my motability car for new break pads and the whole day we left the car there thinking they where sorting them to then get there and be told they don’t have them in stock didn’t think to call us to come pick the car up so for an extra 4 hours they had my car just sat there. Definitely not a place I would recommend to take your car bad communication and they never ever pick up the phone everyone has a different experience though but this is mine. Hope they can change and become more of a family friendly place just because you fix cars don’t mean you don’t have to share kindness that’s free that is.

I would advise anyone not to use this kwik fit, I had to use Walton Vale for a straight forward service as the edge lane one was booked up to February. I dropped my car off at 08.30 on the 30th December (booked in for then). They called me late Friday to say the service had been completed but they couldn't reset the light so I could come and collect, I refused to collect as this is part of the job and wanted it fully completed but they emailed me an invoice stating that it was all completedand the light had been done. I left the car and called Saturday to be told that there computer system that they use needed to be updated and that's why they couldn't do it but I could collect and take it to another kwik fit garage and they will do it for me. I refused as it was there problem and they were quick at taking my money. I them came home and filed a complaint with there customer service number, they said they would look into it and get back to me. This wasn't the case, they contacted the site manager and they altogether passed on the incorrect information to then getting a call from a worker in the garage questioning me why I had put in a complaint, apart from that, this was the only time I heard from them. Also I tried to contact the garage multiple times to no answer but when I turned up, they were sitting on there mobile phones. So today (Monday 2nd Jan) I got up and called them as I heard nothing from them, couldn't get through to them again so called the customer service number and to my surprise they thought my last complaint was sorted as they were told the area manager had called to resolve the problem when they hadn't. I have finally picked my car up but with no apology and nothing else being done. Bare in mind before it went for it's service I had it in edge lane getting jobs done and it cost me £854. I was a valuable customer but am now going to start and look elsewhere to get my car sorted as I've given this company thousands over the years and this is how they treat me. Not even a sorry or even given a form of gratitude of £20 off my next vist. Lost a good customer.

Put our car in for a MOT they said it had failed and it would be £500 for repairs, next day I had a phone call to say it would be more as the parts would be from the “official dealers” so after speaking to family members we had taken the car to an independent garage who came back with a bill of £160 !!! Kwik fit told me there was a problem with my tire but when other garage had looked at it the tire was fine and didn’t need to be replaced!!! We also found out kwik fit we’re going to get the parts from the same place the other garage did and not the official dealership ?? So why kwik fit wanted to keep adding and adding on the bill is an absolute disgrace. 2 weeks to Christmas and trying to rip people off.
