I've used parcelwide for package forwarding and the concierge service. I've never encountered a problem with delivery. The only problem I would run into occasionally was delays with the concierge service placing my order. What should have been a 24 - 48 hour turnaround sometimes turned into 1 business week. Overall, I was very happy with the services they provided. I'm pretty sure they went out of business as my last chat with a support representative was about a police investigation for some of their customers ordering/shipping illegal items. I'm fortunate that my items made it out the warehouse prior to the raid. The website is now gone, no one replies to emails and the company Twitter account does not have any activity. Too bad they're gone as similar companies charge alot more for the same service.
