I was hit from behind by a (32 TON Tarmac Truck) Owned By T Naughton haulage in stationary traffic on the A576 by Heaton park, Manchester. The truck driver did a runner down the M60. I reported the HIT & RUN to GMP (Police) they did nothing and at first blamed me as T Naughton's said it was my fault to the Police . T Naughton's just ignore any correspondence and my insurance wouldnt get involved as T Naughton haulage wouldn't accept responsibility and the Police wouldn't help and made a mess of the reports. This company just get away with RTA'S and as usual GMP dont want to know. T Naughton Haulage ltd are a disgrace and just lie to the Police & Insurance companies. I'm now left with a few hundred pounds of Damage to the back end of my car through no fault of my own. T Naughton haulage ltd just ignore all letters and emails, its been 9 months and i have got nowhere with this company or Greater Manchester Police. Its just a Cover up which the Police dont want to know. There is no justice, the GMP (police) should have got involved in this hit & Run as i had a child in the back of the car but they just say the case is closed. T Naughton haulage ltd are Terrible!

Just seen one this companies truck having a altercation with a car the truck drivers driving was disgusting so I tried calling the company to complain but can't get through it keeps saying phone number not recognised. After seeing the reviews I can now see why .. most probably fed up with all the complaints

A Lorry from this company rear ended me on the M60, the driver was apologetic & provided his manager's (Ray Naughton's) number. Not only did he not respond to a voicemail but the company dragged its feet responding to my insurer for 5 months & finally denied liability. This is clearly a cowboy outfit and you deal with them at your peril; don't touch them with a bargepole.

Worst comapny to deal with. The manager Ray is an absolute joke. Not on time and doesnt get back to you. His attiutude isnt professional and all his workers complain about his behavour, he treats his drivers appauling. Dont go near! Look for another company, plenty more in the area that will look after you as a customer! Very dissapointed!
