Lost 5 of our suitcases that we had shipped to Islamabad from Manchester. It took over 2 months for some things to deliver, and it's been over a month after that and we still don't have our 5 missing suitcases. Will be raising a legal case with them soon. Please find someone else to use.
Business address is fake. Went to check out the mosley street building, to place an order, and the building reception told me that they have never heard of this business (Pak Direct Cargo).

Really pathetic service just like their replies to their reviews. They hv unapologetic rude behavior. Zero customer service. You run your business on customers and if you wont respect your customer you wont be able to run that. They commit to you, give you wrong time slots and then neva turns up. I would never recommend them. They got totally unprofessional behaviour.You may have the glimps of their service if you read the reviews and their replies to them are a reflection of their customer service.
Beware! Not a reliable service. I sent TV to Pakistan, paid extra for additional wooden packing. It was delivered locally in an extremely unsafe transport (for a TV) without any wooden packing (as promised and charged for). Poor customer service when contacted about it with lame excuses, rather than accepting the mistake and refunding extra charges (I am still waiting). I have given 2 stars because, luckily the TV did get delivered. But not the way they had agreed to do it, anything could have gone wrong. Be careful with these guys, as their word is not reliable.
All these positive reviews just seem abit fishy as this company has done nothing but rob us for our money and items. I had sent a few items which had gone missing and rather than me naming and shaming a specific person on this platform id rather bring it to peoples awareness that this company is a scammer any valuable goods are going to go missing as mine did and im sure others have suffered the same too. This company also claims to have stated that they are unable to collect my items and so will be sending another company by the name of star cargo which are also in the scamming group. Id rather make all aware as its been months im trying to get a hold of these guys and im getting nothing bud hideous excuses and lack of duty of care towards their consumers.

Very good service throughout. Always sent with PDC and have never had any problems. Always recieved items within time specified
A beer and single rum was £12.65. We did ask for a cocktail menu and were told there wasn't one, only to see another member of staff hand one to a customer 5 minutes later! It's very cold too. We felt unwelcome and there are too many other, better, bars in Manchester to put up with such an experience.
Absolutely a disaster service. Staff full of lies / website gives misleading rates or person who comes to collect lies to customer about rate/kg. I hope consignment reaches destination safe. Would not recommend then at all
