Really cute vibe, lots of different pottery to choose from and very inclusive for everyone!! We were helped by Tia who was really friendly and helped with all of our questions we had, and showed us some cool techniques! Will come back! Really fair in terms of pricing (with no pressure to buy from the cafe) and glazing has a quick turn around of a week!

Visited recently and had a lovely experience! Alex was so welcoming. She really made the experience with her warm energy and she went above and beyond explaining to us what’s as what and checking in. We are defo planning out next visit after our pots turned out so well (especially my mums funky chicken bowl)!

Went with a friend for a pottery afternoon on a Friday. There was a nice flow of customers, the shop was set up well, pricing was clear and paints and brushes etc were all clean. We got drinks which were great and a flapjack which was terrible we told staff who took half off. In hindsight we shouldn't have paid for that at all it was so bad. Hot chocolate was lovely! There was a couple in with a young child doing some 1st birthday stuff. Whilst it was lovely the staff made an effort with this family it was intrusive for us listening in. We can't speak for this family but they didn't get a minute to speak to each other. The father of 'leo the birthday boy' took him for his nappy changed and a member of staff said outside the toilet "oh Leo what's he doing to you" it was very inappropriate and over the top. We were in 2 hours and anyone who blinked was told about Leo by staff. Some girls picked up pottery and the staff told them about Leo's birthday. It was an awful lot for us to listen to and if I'm honest I wouldnt want that many strangers being told my child's name unnecessarily. I dont know if the parents appreciated it but we didn't and the whole experience felt very awkward.

We recently visited this pottery place to celebrate my birthday, and while the venue itself is beautifully decorated with a great variety of paints and ceramics to choose from, our experience was quite mixed. Emily, one of the staff members, was absolutely lovely—so friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our session, especially considering we were a large group. I genuinely appreciated her kindness and don’t want to take that away from her at all. She was a real highlight of the visit. However, I was really disappointed by the overall response when we asked for photos. As it was my birthday (and a friend’s birthday was coming up too), we just wanted to capture some special moments. Unfortunately, the team made us feel like we were asking for too much. Hazel, in particular, was unfriendly and abrupt from the start and didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere. Even at the end, when we asked for a group photo with what we had painted, Emily said we had to be quick because another group was coming. She took the photo carelessly, and my friend—who was also celebrating—was cropped out. That really upset me. While I truly appreciated Emily’s warmth throughout the session, I didn’t feel like she made an effort in that final moment, which mattered a lot to us. It’s a lovely place for a casual activity, and there’s plenty to choose from creatively—but I wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion. The way we were made to feel, particularly around something as simple as taking a photo, took away from what should have been a joyful experience.

Very cute and cosy. A nice activity to do when you want a relaxing Sunday. It’s also very therapeutic and calming. Staff are very sweet and friendly, they explain things well enough for you to be left to your own devices. I collected both mugs and they came out great! Would highly recommend!

First time visiting, I've been to one other pottery painting and I loved that fact that we had all the colours available on the table already to us. Loved that we could get tea and coffee too. Definitely will be visiting again.

Came here with a friend. First time and certainly won't be the last time. Absolutely loved every minute of it. Staff are amazing and talk you through everything before you start. Would advise booking early as possible as they fill quite quickly. Definitely worth a visit ☺️

Such a lovely activity to do with friends! Great atmosphere with really accommodating and friendly staff. The café has refreshments or you can order food from local restaurants and bring your own drinks as they offer late night painting. There is lots of choice of pottery and you are given plenty of time and choice of paints for a really reasonable price. Really excited to see how it turns out!

Lovely experience coming here, been here couple of times. Staff are welcoming and demonstrate methods on how to paint own pottery piece. Many pottery ideas to choose from. Given 2 hours to paint your pottery and snacks and hot/cold drinks available to purchase in store.
