   Took ages to get someone to help at reception as they use tablet for guest check in which seemingly doesn't apply to anyone who doesn't have a pre-booked appointment. Loading of goods was quite quick and staff in loading bays were helpful.

   Rude rude and rude the worst customer service I have ever experienced they doesn’t care what are there for I waited 15 minutes at the reception at 9:30 am The receptionist playing on the phone Making joke and laugh With other colleagues And doesn’t pay attention what people are here for very very rude

   Lazy, rude and people who don't car behind the desks. You can wait for 20 mins by yourself whilst everyone behind the desk walks past you staring u dead in the eye. They prefer office banter to actually working. Aside from that everyone in the warehouse and forklift drivers are 10/10.

   Cant take payment over the phone. Have to send a payment link and its takes hours to send to you and its a problem when you not around. Awful Service They have no customer toilets for the thousand people that come to collect consignments.
