   Was informed that my goods would be delivered today; no time range, just today. I've waited in ALL day and nothing; not even a note on the tracking facility to indicate that they wouldn't be coming. All it says is "tour not completed". Do these companies realise just how frustrating this is? On the other hand DPD gave a one hour window and delivered within that window. If DPD can do it why can't Dashser? In the future, and on the back of my recent awful experience with another carrier (APC), I will be asking suppliers which carrier they use and if it is either APC or Dashser, I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if it means paying more. Internet buying is only as successful as the delivery service and suppliers need to realise that their internet business model relies heavily on the efficient shipment of their wares. Otherwise, ultimately, it reflects on them and customers, like myself, will go elsewhere.

   Great place to load really look after the drivers whilst you are their friendly staff from the security guards when you first get there to the office staff and the loaders cannot fault any one brilliant service .

   Delivery made today to G.C.Supplies UK Ltd in Newton Heath. Delivery driver introduced himself as Nick from the Rochdale branch and was helpful and polite. A real breath of fresh air. Make sure that you keep this driver.

   Driver took shortcut through 7.5 tonne limit Warrington Road a574. Cut through areas not suitable for hgv vehicles to save a few minutes. Should of taken motorway and then a580 instead of using a574 Warrington road as a rat run through to east lancs Road. Will be reporting company to trading standards.

   One of your drivers in wagon PN16 KSY nearly caused a crash today at Norcross roundabout(BISPHAM) about 11.30ish because he was in such a rush! Tried overtaking on last second of a merge when there clearly wasn't room for his hgv, I was in left lane already ahead of him and also another car beggining to merge nearly wiping me and the other car out! He then proceeded to tailgate dangerously close and give me the finger when he was in the wrong!!

   worked here for a few months at the end of last yeah and its great. the offices and general rooms and corridor are really well cleaned by the nicest cleaners ive ever met, the warehouse side yard or the bit thats outside but has cover was quite all over the place and could do with abit of organising and the rubbish tends to get everywhere if the skips are left open. the people working there are the nices bunch of people, when i started i was always treated really well and everyones really friendly, i would defiantly go back and work there again, sadly lost my job over the issues at the France border either really slowing down trucks or greatly reducing the work, sometimes having about 2 hours of work spaced out 10 hours. before working there i had never heard of dachser or singleton logistics before but after spending plenty of time around there trucks and trailers i see them everywhere in public. granted there were the odd few moody difficult drivers but there was a tonne of really nice drivers, always having nice chats and it was really positive. the job had its cool bits when you would have the rather special trailers, there was a racing motorbike once, a trailer full of rather expenive electronics and quite a few weird things youve never seen before but quite a few pallets that were damaged either by the driver or the other place who loaded the goods, quite alot of the time you would need to re-palletise goods because it had completly destroyed pallets. i also had the chance to do some forklift training but i just missed out on that. the work is quite hard physically sometimes and also mentally with either trying to fix problems or having to remember quite alot of different processes of certain tasks you may need to do. i loved it there :)

   Got a start Tuesday, got finished on Friday due to low volumes of deliveries ,lads great to work with Once scanning of goods in wait for next truck(s) you sweep warehouse you can only use dust for so long They tell you,ll be trained on ppt, 3,5 ton 7,5 ton have etc if you want it pure b,s

   This company has just cost me money. Nearly £300. 2 days off work now, and bill to cancel someone coming to do the job. Overloading delivery drivers so they do not complete deliveries and I had to track my parcel to know it was not going to arrive and ring them myself. Stay away. Poor service and then they say they do not deliver to my area on a weekend. They are 42 mins away they could make this an exception. Customer service should first and foremost.
