   Worst experience ever. My parcel is still stuck with them . Finally when the parcel reached at Lahore port after 5 months, but there team is not still operating with us . They are showing us rude behavior. DONT BOOK YOUR PARCEL WITH TEHM

   Absolutely Time time wasters sent cargo on 17th March and it’s 3rd of August but still we haven’t received our luggage. Tried many times via WhatsApp or phone call earlier they was giving 2 weeks time on every single reply and now since last few weeks they don’t reply messages or answering calls.. extremely bad experience. No idea where is my stuff.. New customers should avoid them. All victims of this company should complain in police.

   Booked cargo with them over 4 months ago which they promised to be door to door within 10-12 weeks. No response after multiple calls and messages . One guy called Zubair replied once quite rudely . Not recommended. Poor service with no customer care. Non professional attitude.

   Absolutely avoid this company it's been 4 months and my parcels have still not arrived in Pakistan. I rang them total waste of time you get the same crap I have asked for my money and my stuff back but not interested I've contacted citizens advice too see what else I can do. PLEASE DON'T SEND ANYTHING WITH THESE COWBOYS.

   Absolutely rubbish service. I sent a parcel and was promised delivery in 8 weeks. I had to buy new wedding dress and which costed me a fortune. The parcel got there after 15weeks and it was someone elses. It has been over a month now and they still can not find my expensive parcel. Everytime I call them, they keep asking to call next week. Please avoid them. I would have given a negative rating if I could.

   Sent delivery back in June 2022 We are still awaiting delivery, we are in 7 months delay. I have been ringing them every week, the reply is next few days. Please don't send anything to this company they are fraudsters. Every time you ring them they are chasing up the query also they blocking numbers. I will be reporting this to trading standards for giving false information to customers and wasting time

   Sent delivery back in August 2022 We are still awaiting delivery, we are in week 14. I have been ringing them every week, the reply is next few days. They refuse to give depot number as we can collect if they can't be bothered to deliver. They give total BS generic response of next few days.

   The worst cargo service ever. Please beware of these scammers as I have sent the parcel and its been 3 months and its still not delivered yet. At every call they make excuses that its gonna delivered in 2 days after 2 days they say 1 week and so on. Horrible!!! The only excuse they are making is strikes and road closures but there is no road closure in Pakistan all the businesses are running as usual. They even gave us the number of the delivery driver in Pakistan and he isn't picking up the calls. Worst !!!!!!

   The cargo was firstly late but to our horror the cargo when delivered to our relatives in Pakistan were opened. The boxes were opened, items damaged and stolen. They were mainly children's gifts and toys. No box was spared. Each box was opened by despicable thieves and no apology or compensation as yet received by this firm. I won't be using them again. Please do not use. The images you see are how the boxes were when they arrived at our relatives in Pakistan. The cargo thieves went through each parcel box. Don't fall victim to these cowboys.
