Don’t try and be helpful when delivering here they will be awkward as They possibly can be make you go back out of the yard even though you were trying to keep the yard clear and then make it super awkward for you not nice Warehouse stuff in the slightest. Don’t deliver if you can avoid it.
Very unprofessional behaviour . On web page opening 8am. and their inside serving people contradict the time and reply we don’t care and will serve you after 9 am. Very bad service.

Inconsistent levels of service!! Most recently this was Shocking service! Parcel lost right before Christmas! Callcentre and live chat of no use as they check the same information that the website shows! Apparently the backlog is stacked so high, that you cannot collect from the depot!! DHL WAS Probably the best carrier out there, however they have joined other big carriers who have really dropped the ball!! Thanks but I’ll use Parcelforce in future! This is unfortunate as they could be the best!
