   Came across this garage last week after having visited 3 different garages within the same area, after having visiting those garages I was abit nervous as to if this garage was able to resolve my issue (sorting my car out with warranty), however I was greeted by a lovely car mechanic who said she was able to do the car under warranty as that is something that garage takes on. I was over the moon to hear this as the ones I had just visited (catterals) were very rude and just told me to go elsewhere; the ladies reply in this garage being "we can't help you sorry bye" ", as a young girl driving my first car this only made me nervous to try other garages but I'm glad I came across Kelletts after visiting very unfriendly ones round the corner! Although they couldn't fix the issue (due to the car needing a much bigger job, needing an actual Nissan approved garage to deal with it) they explained the issue and what I'd need to do and where to go and told me to come back if there are any further issues with my car in the future. I will 100% be back here if my car does provide me with any further problems! Thankyou to the lady and gentleman's name (who could be named jack but I could be wrong) I will be back again , thankyou!

   Delighted to find this garage, after being refused by a few garages to do engine work on my Peugeot Kelletts agreed and I wasn't disappointed. Explained everything that needed to be done and gave a comprehensive and itemised quote. Very reasonably priced and were so helpful and friendly, car is now running perfectly thanks to them. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

   Took my car round unannounced because of battery problems plus the bonnet stay had fallen into the engine. The problems were dealt with straight away and fixed. Brilliant friendly service

   First time using a garage in Formby after moving to the area last year. I'm always get anxious about car issues, and this was the first issue I've had with my current car. The staff were really helpful and explained everything in a way I understood. There was an air leak on my intake which was causing a loss of power. Once the engine realised it went into limp mode. I imagine not something easy to diagnose. They ordered the required part and fitted it the next day. There was a slight delay at no fault of the garage. Turns out the issue was present when I bought the car as I seem to have gained a free performance upgrade with the system now being sealed. Happy with the way everything turned out.

   Took my car here, had an MOT and a full service, alongside a few other bits that needed fixing. The staff were great, honest, and reliable. Prices also decent. Another plus for me is the fact that the garage has a female mechanic, which is amazing given that there are so few in the industry. Highly recommend this place.
