   If it were possible, I would give one star, but unfortunately it is not possible. I sent items in Pakistan 3 months ago, which finally reached my sister after 3 months of delay. During this period, I called many times, but no one answered and each employee gave a different and disappointing answer, which represented their poor and unprofessional service. Even though I had paid the delivery charge, they wrote in the receipt that it was not paid, but I didn't even read the receipt because I had trust them. Later, when I called why the items didn't arrive, they said you didn't pay the delivery charge. You have to pay first, then your items will arrive. Fortunately, I had paid through my bank account and proved to them that I had paid. They wrote on their site that we will pick and drop door to door, but in Pakistan they did not do that. They called to us come and take it by yourself. My sister rented a rickshaw for two thousand Pakistani kaldars and went to pick up the items. I advise you not to use this company because everything they do is full of lies and tricks, but if you use it, be very careful to have proof of their every step, especially to pay your money, otherwise you will end up like me.

   Very bad experience this time. So many items got stolen at Pakistan airport and they are not even admitting their mistakes. Edit: I have also replied clearly. I wasn't even expecting full compensation. Your staff was incompetent. You need to admit your incompetence. I have got picture evidence of missing stuff. How can the weight be similar when the stuff was repacked in one huge bag with the other two in it? You could have been more sympathetic towards an old returning customer. Yes, it's our mistake that we trusted you and didn't recheck weight at time of delivery. I admit our mistake and now we have to bear the loss. Thanks for taking out time to reply. If this much effort was used to encourage your staff to be extra vigilant at customs, this would have never happened in the first place.

   Very good cargo services, they charge 3.5 pounds per Kg via Sea, They deliver door to door in Pakistan, plus the clear customs as well. Highly recommend
