   They use a firm called DX for deliveries. They don't attempt to deliver at all. You're sat there, losing a day's holiday, waiting in a silent home so you don't miss them. ( One bed bungalow, I'd have to be dead to miss a knock!) Then, you get a message saying "Sorry we missed you" on your phone! No card through the door, no one knocked. This has happened for two days on the trot. Drivers are obviously hitting the "Recipient not home" button to make up time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY CHANGE COURIER! Edit: DX, their courier, said only 51 Cargo Services can release the photos the courier took of my front door when he supposedly knocked & I wasn't in. So I tried calling 51 Cargo Services on the mobile number on this Google entry for them. Every time I called I said "Is this 51 Cargo Services?" and then a person with a Chinese accent says "No, no, wrong number!" and hangs up. Seeing as they're a main logistical hub for AliExpress (at least, could be other big Chinese retail companies) it seems to me it is the right number but they just don't want to be hassled.

   What a worst delivery company! They were going to deliver on Friday but made me wait for 4 hours and didn't deliver on time. Post that I gave them clear instructions to deliver on a Monday because I was not going to be in for the rest of the week but they faultered yet again and basically wanted to deliver on a Tuesday or a Wednesday or a Thursday as if I didn't contact them! I said just cancel it and they won't cancel as their money would be stuck! I would never use them again.
