   Very poor im afraid to say, service all round not professional, shipping rep took offence at constructive advice after weeks of delay shipping, they still haven't sent any documentation for hmrc so we've just been landed a £200 vat bill for no proof of export for vat! avoid this incompetent shipping company at all costs, well done HC!!

   We have dealt with this company for a few years, unfortunately their sea freight dept is now practically unusable and could possibly have you in serious legal trouble with regards documentation, they no longer seem to have a clue on regulation, containers still stuck in the UK after 2 months, costs to business rising and unhappy customers, very sorry state of affairs.

   Possibly the worst courier ive ever had the misfortune to deal with! its a miracle they can get out of the house in a morning because they cant get a box out of the country at all, avoid the sea shipping option at all cost, it cost me over 1k more to have it recovered and sent with a real shipping company, who delivered to the US within 7 days after 2 months with this shower and still in the uk!!

All deliveries have been as expected both in cost and timings, unless out of their control (shipping lines), everything is handled efficiently, paperwork, customs, vat.......
