They took great care of our pup and were careful to explain every step of the process. Rosemary really took her time to patiently lay out the fairly complicated process and managed all the scheduling perfectly. For something so nerve wracking and scary, it could not have gone more smoothly, and I truly think it is because of the exceptional care, competence, and experience they have moving pets overseas.
Very efficient service at Manchester Airport. My dog was waiting and ready for me even though the airport was a disaster at getting the luggage to me. My dog was treated like a part of their family, a run round the car park and back in the car for the onward journey. She was very happy.
Fantastic service from Sam Jaques proper 5 star service & she has been in the industry for 19 years (and I found this out by accident due to an email regarding the matter at hand). So if anyone knows she definitely does as her experience shins through. And I'm sure her other colleagues does the same. I'm flying my x 2 cats back home to the Bahamas after 28 years in England for a 3 year project. I would also like to mention if time is tight that there is a option available for someone in the Bahamas to do the leg work for you in regards to the import permits. Her name is Tirrez Gutirrez. You will still need to provide all the necessary information but you will not need to send via UPS or whomever it maybe as regular post can take upto 4-6 week's. Also it takes 5 working days to produce the permit not 48hrs like it says on the website but once I had sent to Terrez Gutirrez she completed and returned in one day, beat that for Bahamian customer service.

One happy puppy travelled from Dubai to England. After feeling really apprehensive as this was the first time I've done this. She arrived safe and sound wagging her tail. Pets on jets sent a text to say she'd arrived safely and commented what a lovely dog she was. Thank you so much will definitely use you again.
