   Do yourself a favour and don't go anywhere near this company. The service if you can call it that is atrocious and the staff are rude and unhelpful. Don't ever attempt to collect anything of a weekend evening as the warehouse lady will either be asleep or watching a movie, and you will certainly get a mouthful as I did recently. The site act as if they are doing you a favour when actually I am their customer. A couldn't care less attitude from top to bottom runs right through the site. They work really hard at making you feel as if you are disturbing them. Lazy and incompetent staff in the warehouse area who really couldn't be arsed. Worse company and experience I have ever met with in 25 years as an engineer.

   All 2019 was a constant battle for getting parts for my business when this company was used. We tried using again for parts needed (not my choice as I don’t have option to choose courier) as parts went missing and apparently the parts are at locker storage . I received the email say your parts are ready etc. Well they are not there. And probably won’t be for two or three days knowing knowing these guys. I don’t know why they cannot deliver a long tube on time. I wish Duffells would use someone else as these cowboys have lost me a lot of customers!!!!

   Do not work for this company they treat staff horrendously. They hate paying you what they owe and never give a reason why they haven't paid you on the day your meant to be paid. You have to keep chasing and chasing and speaking to uper management to find out why you haven't been paid again and this happened every month this is a company that put everything first and the employees last including there pay they have no problems with leaving a family in debit and occurring charges for going overdrawn and unpaid DD and don't even offer to help or pay those fees because they don't like paying people stay well away
