Was only out 10 minutes and DHL came to deliver a package. Instead of leaving it with a neighbour, they decided to leave it at a shop nearly two miles away. I am a disabled pensioner and don't drive , so now I will have to pay a taxi to pick it up for me . Very disgruntled and would not recommend this firm to anyone !!!
Very unprofessional. Nothing in writing. Items delivered broken, some missing. No reply from company to emails. The company selected Baxendale Insurance and I had no say in this matter. I have no policy number for then or any documentation. No I need to claim, the insurance company won’t get back to me and Anglo won’t assist.
Stolen goods. Having shipped our items from New Zealand eight months ago they are now being held by AP with no response to multiple emails. We’ve tried to arrange delivery before, they don’t turn up wasting our time. We are looking at legal action to recover our belongings. Avoid at all cost.
Excellent shipping company. Can't fault their service. Speedy replies to e mails full support and information giving. Good prices . I would 100% recommend them
SPARE YOURSELF AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I cannot overstate how bad this company is. We shipped with them and our items arrived a) soaking wet (how does that even happen?), b) had extensive mold damage, 3) had significant damage to our clothing in the form of tears and 4) were missing over 1,000 pounds worth of items. Also, it took them 19 weeks to ship when they said 6-12 weeks. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
The staff in the UK were very helpful with costing etc however after they received the good and payment all assistance stopped. The good we’re dropped in Manchester on the 29th December 2019 and we’re to be shipped to Australia door-to-door in 12 weeks. I understand they did not get shipped for a few weeks after that date however it’s now been over 16 weeks and still nothing. The shipment arrived in Sydney weeks ago but we have had no response from the local agents. We emailed the UK and they advised to contact local agent. Hundreds of calls later and a lot of email and still no response. Very unhappy customer and cannot recommend this company. We are not looking at legal action against Anglo Pacific.
