   Brought the city centre of Edinburgh to a stand still. Driver parked across both tram lines, took nearly half an hour to try and manoeuvre his wagon off them and then blocked the road completely. Absolute amateur hour.

   Made to wait during rush hour traffic on a main road for a driver struggling to manoeuvre his wagon. It has taken the driver over half an hour and multiple trips in and out his cab to move the vehicle from blocking the road. Absolutely no care or acknowledgement for the public what so ever.
