It's not very often that my card declines then takes my money out anyway and I tried to explain to the woman at the counter that my money has still been taken out and she said "that's not what it says here" and didn't even bother to help me so I had to put an item back and still bought the drink I'd already bought and I'm not the one to kick up a fuss and plus it was a hot day so I didn't wanna leave the shop without it so I paid again maybe she thought I was trying to claim it for or summet but yh what a helpfull place
