   Horrendous parcel experience! Had an email at 9am to collect, 9 hours later I arrived (6pm) and they said they couldn't give me it because they hadn't sorted their parcels out? Was told to return at 7:15pm? If the parcels there just find it and give it to me? Don't understand and they didn't explain why this could not be done properly just, it's complicated! The man behind me was there for his too and he was turned away. The next day I came to collect and the customer service there was not great either, abrupt and condescending when she was asking me all these questions about where it had come from etc? Just give me my parcel, I have a barcode, that should be sufficient! Never selecting this store for parcels again.

   Been to the shop today to do my shopping, l understand these are difficult times but was faced with nonsense today. Whilst there l wanted to redeem my lottery ticket win. I was told they where unable to provide me with my big win off £4:20 as this was non essential as they were not allowed to hand out money. She then went on to allow me to have my money as l was using it to buy more tickets and gave me change which ironically was close to my actual lottery win. So it would appear to get you money is non essential but buying tickets is essential. My partner then bought a non essential cup of coffee which required changed also which was given freely with no discussion. Strange times !!!!! I feel the rules need to clearer to keep everyone safe.

   It is not bad for opening early because it opens earlier than all its competitors. It is surrounded by competition. There is a convenience shop just across from it, there is another a few hundred yards up the road in one direction, there is Aldi a few hundred yards in the other direction, and there is a small Sainsbury's close by too. Bargain Booze only gets four stars because it is good, but they charge you extra for things such as topping up your gas and electricity meter.
