   Poor communication, delayed delivery. We have waited a month, but we have not even got the parcel. Time estimate of the day is inaccurate. It said 1-3pm but delayed to 6pm and we needed to go. The next iteration is 6-8 am on Monday. Although there is one notification on last Friday. There is another along misleading email saying a new estimate on Sunday, leading us to miss delivery yet again. Each runs takes more than 7 days. What a waste of time

   What an amazing delivery company. Honestly I was bowled over from the get go - when I ordered from swoon and immediately got a message about the delivery, with a choice of days. Instantly !! This was followed up with confirmations and then clarity on a 2 hour delivery window. From start to finish it was 100% excellent customer service and perfect communication

   Absolutely awful experience. I was expecting a sofa delivery and received no communication at all about the time slot until just one hour before they turned up—completely unacceptable, especially for something as large and important as a sofa. I had no time to make arrangements or even ensure someone would be home. When I contacted customer service for help, they were useless and unhelpful, offering no real solution or apology. They just passed the blame and clearly had no interest in actually resolving the issue. This level of service is shocking in 2025—basic communication is the bare minimum you’d expect from a delivery company. I will actively avoid using them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

   I haven't actually used Rhenus, but I think it's very telling that their workers will cycle past women on the road and yell insults at them while wearing their uniform.
