   Disappointing experience from a professional standpoint. A quarter of the shipments delivered by this firm arrive damaged at their final destination. Moreover, the company is uncooperative in resolving any claims if damage is discovered post-signature. On a related note, we have evidence that the staff has been sharing confidential information externally, compromising data protection. We are in the process of pursuing various legal actions against the company for these reasons. Exercise caution and consider other options for your shipping needs. They are highly unreliable and exceptionally unprofesional.

   Waited in all day delivery not arrived just got off the phone to the office they said the driver got near your area and realized the item wasn't loaded even though he signed for it as being loaded and I received and out for delivery notice by email . Lost out on a day's pay . Should of had a phone call to say it wouldn't be coming .

   I have never seen such Poor Service and UNRELIABLE transport company for over the years. This is absolutely astonishing. The internal communication is soo bad. I don’t know how they keep it going. We have been let down not once, not twice but 3 times. Even when the booking was confirmed!! This kind of service is damaging to anyone who deals with them and to MS TRANSPORT. We have tried several attempt to hopefully maybe they’ll be able to rectify such service, but to no hope. It doesn’t hurt to pick a phone or an email informing your customers that you can’t fulfil the service the least you could have done. No communication out of the 3 bookings made. At least we could have find an alternative or sort the matter there and then, instead we end up waiting until it’s nearly 6pm by then it’s too late. I don’t like putting reviews like this to any businesses as its reputation is at stake and it’s not easy to run a business. Mike, Stuart and Scot are ok to talk to on the phone and tried to rectify the matters at hand, however still problem occurs in there end, but with Hannah she is less bothered and unapologetic even when told of the bad service. She was informed a public review in Google will be raised. She was not bothered at all or at least try to sort the matter so there will be no public review. Hopes are lost with them. Never again! If you value your service as a business and you want a reliable transport company . DONNOT USED MS TRANSPORT.

   These drivers from m and s has gutting the truck stuck in the snow blocking off the hole main road taking out 2 mail boxes and if there was an emergency on this road people could be in a lot of danger.
