    The delivery driver was rude, didn't deliver my full order and gave me part of someone else's. He tore off the address labels when he did so, so he obviously knew it was wrong and was trying to hide the fact.

    XPO delivered a new Peloton Treadmill. During the delivery processed they dropped it and significantly damaged the engineered wood floor in my hallway. 7 months on I am still in a dispute with them. After promising to pay for the damage, they now ignore all my calls, messages and emails. Unfortunately I will now have to take legal action. This company do not have a complaints department.

    Today 12 February 2025, a XPO vehicle was delivering in my area, WA13.It was not visiting me, but managed to pull down 3 overhead cables leaving them spread over 2 roads.A supporting brick was pulled out of my bungalow.The driver left his name and phone number but XPO not called back.Good job no cars were parked there at the time it happened.Must have been some height to pull down cables

    We had a man called Grish Babnayan deliver my order. He was a very polite and curtious person. Delivery was on time. He asked where i wanted my delivery placing and placed it in the back garden for which he had to go down a drive but he did without question. I would recommend this delivery company.

    Are you aware your company hgv's are still repeatedly travelling illegally southbound down Winwick Lane Lowton Warrington WA3 1LS despite a 7.5 tonnes weight restrictions being in place. Eg on 8th may at 10.40 , 21.00, 22.53, 9th may at 21.47, 22.25, 22.19 ,22.26, 22.51 14th may at 12.20, 20.20 15th may at 15.05.

    I got a text at 11.03am his morning stating an item was out for delivery today which surprised me as it was a Saturday on bank holiday weekend. We rushed home and waited until 4.45pm - no delivery- very disappointed and let down by this company - what a waste of a Saturday!!!!!!!
