Really happy with the services ITD have provided for our business. Saved us a lot of money on our courier services - we are paying less for the same service previously used. Our account manager Haylee made the transition to ITD easy and fuss-free. She also checks in regularly to ensure that we are happy with the service and understand our needs, tailoring the services to our requirements. ITD also integrate with our chosen dispatch system which is perfect for us.
As a residential neighbour who's home is opposite premises ITD Global have recently moved to (14 days). I have to say they have gone out of their way to cause disruption the to the streets residents, placing cones on the street to prevent residents parking, blocking driveways with HGV's, employees shouting and berating residents who have asked the yard manager to show a bit of consideration for thoses who live in the street. 0 stars Edit : 1 year on the same old problems cars damaged by hgvs, street blocked by hgvs white vans racing in and out of the site like it's a banger car race track whilst children play on the street. Shocking response from company when residents complaint about the issues above in short they don't care
We've been using ITD for a few months now after switching from other couriers due to issues. This was the best move we've made. We've had nothing but smooth dealings with the company and their customer service is ace! I deal with Rafi on a regular basis, I don't have a bad word to say about him. He goes above and beyond to help and will always ensure that my questions are answered. A true asset to the company. Would 100% recommend ITD.
DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE - if you are shipping into the UK you will have to pay alot of extra hidden costs which will set you back a huge amount. There are much better services out there like fedex tnt dhl whose customer service is extremely better rather than being shouted at on the phone. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give 0 stars if i could absolutely stressful experience. Following this review: I have spoken with a member from ITD they did recommend for frequent shipments to use parcel2go. Also menitoned If I have 50 shipments coming everyday then use ITD.
Amazing customer service. When yodel lost a parcel, this company saved the day. They spent so much time giving my the very best service. You rarely receive customer service like that these days, its good to see it still exists! Thank you!
we have worked with ITD for years. then there was a shipment where they charged us 3-4 times higher than normal. since obviously something was wrong we tried to find an agreement to share the cost which was refused in a quite unsatisfying way. furthermore, since we did not immediately pay the overpriced invoice they set back our status to pre-payment without warning. for this reason we lost completely the trust in itd and also felt betrayed.
