   How can they claim high earnings of £152 per day lol. Van, fuel, insurance, public liability insurance, goods in transit insurance. Probably leaves you with £65 for a 10 hour day and you haven't deducted income tax and national insurance yet. £2 an hour earnings. Good luck with that.

   I've been with this company for just over 12months and the amount of support I've been given has been unreal. all information is provided and they are happy to help with any needs, questions and what ifs. Everything you need to know is explained in detail and what they want from you. If you ever have any issues then a quick message to the business email or one of the point of contacts within the management team it will get resolved as soon as possible. certain things do take a little longer but after all certain things do take time. invoices and pay is always on time and they do try their hardest to fulfil any queries. As for the job itself, it is hard work and long hours, but that's the nature of business

   It is a mixed bag. I worked for amazon for 5 years and been through 4 Delivery Service Providers. There are way way worse companies out there. HRC was doing their best to keep everybody happy. That unfortunately includes Amzon too. Amazon is not a human being... the drivers are. Whenever I had difficulties they provided support and on a personal level I respect them for the almost impossible task. A lot of drivers who are new to this will have trouble understand the problems. I recommend this company because they will always try to keep you afloat. The other companies I had the misfortune to work for... just wanted to squeeze everything out of you. If you wanna do courier job.. start with them.

   Gave me van back and they haven’t paid me my wages am owed and no one has given me a explanation why terrible company I would advise people to look elsewhere
