Had next day delivery with these, 1 week later still waiting and no updates and no response to my enquiry awful delivery company and I will make sure not to order anything with these as the courier
The worse delivery company ever .no contact number, nothing, driver rude and rude very stressful driver, using the F word more than once drop 46 kg item in front door and left. Never again
Parcel should have been delivered yesterday so waited in to find out it had returned to Bury depot … NO COMMUNICATION … wouldn’t use them at all. Now waiting in again 0800-1800 for another day.
An absolute nightmare!! Ordered flooring from Wickes they used DX for their deliveries.They let us down on two delivery days with no apologies.Finished up driving to depot myself to sort out finally delivered by night shunter at 6.30 pm. DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!!!!!!
Wardrobes from B&Q due to arrive on the 21st. We waited in all day and no sign of a courier. We didn't get any updates from them either, apologising for any delays. It's now the 22nd and still no wardrobes.
A lot of quality work goes on behind the scenes to ensure customers parcels are delivered on time.
As a ex employee of the premises,I have to be very careful with what I can say,but when I am sitting in hospital with a broken kneecap and the manager who was in charge of the night shift phones me up saying when am I returning to work as in his opinion there is nothing wrong with me, then that say's it all. Incompetence is rife in the premises.
The staff at the Bury depot were very kind and helpful in enabling me to find my dog who had stowed away on one of their delivery vans. They traced the driver for me, identified his next drop, and I found my dog at that next drop about 7 miles from our home. They didn't need to waste their time on something that was not their real work but they did and I want the world to know what lovely people they are to deal with.
Awaiting a pickup. Booked the “next day” on Wednesday they rang on Thursday and said the pickup would be Friday. Anytime between 9-5.30pm Rang over 10 times throughout the day and couldn’t get through to anyone on Friday. No one shows up. Office closed until Monday :( Judging by the other reviews I’m starting to wonder if it will ever be picked up :(( already paid for the service
