Excellent service by city today couriers, I could not have asked for a smoother process. I needed a job last minute and they turned it around for me in the short time space I’d given. Thanks so much would definitely recommend
The staff are excellent but since the recent price increases, we have been using less and less. For the same price we can send royal mail with delivery confirmation and for parcels between 1-2 kg it costs 95p more to send than the royal mail. No brainer.

It is one of those companies that would like to not pay for the submitted job. Attempt to contact to many times without success. Be very careful when making a decision to work with this company
So these guys went out of thier way today to help me get a battery that had become "lost" by another firm. Within a hour of talking to them, they had the battery from ADS on my doorstep! Brilliant! Thank you so much!
Seem to think they can make their own time up on when to arrive. Booked for a specific time for a reason not oh you should give half/1 hour incase of traffic. If the person you're sending for my job is coming from another job they should have well enough time to make it to the next one. Even better still no one turns up when you've booked them well in advance the day before.
I've never used City Today Courier & Logistics, so commenting on there ability to deliver wouldn't be fair. But what I can comment on is a Member of their Team (a Driver) driving extremely dangerously whilst trying to merge due to being in the wrong lane, whilst trying to physically move my vehicle out the way which my 6 month pregnant partner was driving with my 6 year old daughter in the passenger and myself in the back. Once the driver gotten alongside the passenger side of the vehicle, he then began the "W*nk*r" gesture in my 6 year old daughters face and putting my whole family at risk by trying to run us off the road. I rang there office immediately who where polite in the matter, but then failed to call me back. I have since called back twice and eventually spoken to there operations manager who apologised and has spoken to the driver, which I feel is a let off to say the least. People like this shouldn't be on the road, especially when there job is driving.
