   They left out one of the box they were supposed to deliver and lost it. 5 days later customer service got in touch and said they’d be in 12h at the property with the box. At no point did they try to find a date / time that works despite me mentioning multiple times I was traveling. Customer service were extremely rude and said they’d leave the box on the street if no one is there for delivery. She then hanged up on me for no reason (still baffled by this)

   Great experience with this courier. They delivered a pool table to me and the two guys went out their way to carry it to an outbuilding for me. They were positive and careful and the table was delivered in perfect condition. Thank you to you both for doing something over and above without any moaning.. it made the delivery so pleasant (for me.. poor guys the box was very very very heavy) Great teamwork and a great company!

   Very unreliable and unprofessional service. Had a delivery scheduled twice this week and they cancelled both. Had a call from the office team ‘customer services’ staff very rude Zoe but especially Lisa. She doesn’t introduce herself to customers, raises her voice shouts over customers when they are asking questions snd does nothing to resolve any issues. Very much I don’t care aggressive approach. Avoid at all costs! I have reported this to the company I purchased the product from who confirmed I’m not the first to have raised the same issue!

   I paid for a large table and small bench to be delivered to the room of my choice, unwrapped, assembled and for the rubbish to be removed. The items were delivered to the correct room but the two men refused to unwrap and assemble them. They claimed that they only had to deliver the items and departed as fast as they could. I was furious and unable to move the items on my own.

   Excellent service from Chris and his work partner who were really friendly and professional. They delivered a full set of garden furniture and managed to get it all through a very narrow path and safely into the garden. Highly recommended.
