My parcel was thrown over a random garden gate half a mile away from my home. Then no response from customer service
I Received a notification informing me an item was out for delivery on 25th October, the tracking information showed said item was out for delivery however item never arrived after waiting a week since the “out for delivery” message so I requested a refund from the seller who was happy to oblige. I am only 40 minutes drive away from this courier depot but I understand there are delays so didn’t think much of it. Fast forward to 16th November, nearly a month later; A notification claimed the item had been delivered however nothing had arrived (or had been dumped in the usual places like bins etc) I then checked the tracking number on the website and apparently I had collected it from their depot which is strange as I don’t even have transport to get to their depot. Awful service. Can’t even deliver parcels in the same city let alone the same country!
Very slow, parcel sat at each depot for 24 hours at a time. Took 6 days from them receiving my parcel in England to them delivering it.
Unreliable and dishonest. Edit. Following your confrontational, unprofessional and totally inaccurate response, I should point out that I am not the person you state but a customer who has been waiting for a delivery from you. After being given a time slot for delivery, the delivery was cancelled with a reason of ‘out of time’ along with a fake photograph and notification that delivery was attempted, which it most certainly was not. Since then I have contacted your company but have received no reply or indication of when I might receive my parcel. Since you have the time to respond to genuine customers on here with totally inappropriate messages, it seems strange that you do not have the time to respond to customer enquiries or deliver the packages. As I said, unreliable and dishonest.
This company fails to pay there staff on time of atall also don’t pay agency bills an all round unreliable untrustworthy company!!! Spend the extra few pence on a proper courier. There was no authority in the role me and adam were told to take over most times with us having absolutely no problem at all certainly not with authority but of course that would be the standard response for a review like this. Simple fact is the company is unorganised and well known for late wages every wage I ever received from you was late and you still owe me a couple of days before I left.
AVOID THEM!!! The worst courier i have ever used by a very long way. Item took 11 days to even be attempted. I was given 3 hrs notice of my parcel arriving which when at work is pretty useless. After getting a slip through the door with nothing on it I spoke to 3 different people regarding my item all 3 said we'll call you back....none of them did. Was told item was out for delivery (between 8:30pm and 11pm which is ridiculous) nobody attempted delivery but it now says my item has been delivered which means I can't get a refund off the seller. How can a company be so poorly managed and organised? How you're still trading is a mystery to me it really is.
Really shoddy delivery service, wait longer than supposed to for a parcel, when trying to contact them you get no where. Finally get a email to say it'll be here by 1:18pm yet on the online tracking it tells me that the van is 40 odd miles away. I'd love to know who can get to Stockport from Blackpool in 2mins. Try to ring to find out a more reliable eta yet I'm unable to get through. Very disappointed, to the point i will be asking any place i order from if they use this company and if they do I'll be shopping elsewhere.
