I really wonder why this family decided a shop was for them . They do not engage on any level . No hello No Goodbye No smile No eye contact .Like the last reviewer said they chat away via an ear piece which is most disconcerting
Delivery is mega slow. Even if you pay for next day delivery, expect to get it 3 days later. Also they always come up with parcel has been delayed. Very frustrating.
Went to post a parcel. The lady were busy talking over the phone with her friendn in foreign language and simply told me the package was too big to send. I asked her what the hermes number to call for a home pickup? She just said "Google the number" so rude!
