    Been going to this shop several times a week for almost a decade. Today however I was served by the son in law. First of all he tried over charging me, then he told me he had every right to add these charges on. I explained thats not how it works so he called me a lier, not that i was wrong but i was "lying" when I said I want to be served by someone else, he laughed. A decade of loyalty gone in an instant. Good job he married into that job, it's the the only way a simpleton like him could get a job.
