Few times u was there to send my parcel from eBay all staff was very good and nice but there is some lady Michelle very rude and disrespectful woman she’s treating my parcel like ball to basketball in front of me !!!! Even if I say hello nothing silence! Today I told her if you don’t like your job just change it !!!!
Went to drop a parcel off at my local store this morning, the customer assistant Liam was in mood, slapped the label on my parcel then preceeded to throw it into the corner, when challenged he just shruggedhis shoulders, terrible customer service, i have used that store for years, never again!!
Clean and organised store, no queue when we went in. The staff were friendly and helpful wjen required. Stocked up efficiently, had everything that we went in for. Most thing’s reasonably priced. Some seemed a little much but that’s the same with everywhere nowadays.
Really great customer service. Friendly staff and most of the things you need at one stop. Been in a few times and never had any issues. I would recommend calling in if you need something and are in the area. The parking can be an issue at certain times of the day but there you could just park a little further away and walk there. Only popped in quickly but seemed OK. Woman behind counter was around least a hundred
