   Bloody unacceptable service ! This guy at the till told me I cannot use the bathroom because it has been locked, they are already moving me out of the way to Hoover …the store close at 7:30 and this is a disgrace … they are adding the boiling water from the behind the bar to the mop bucket which is against Starbucks policy …

   Absolutely terrible. Ive normally make orders online via uber eats or deliveroo and everytime i order a ham sandwich they give me a toastie and its happened so many times i cant even request refunds via the delivery app any more. Train your staff to pay attention to labels. On top of that i ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato with cream and extra drizzle and got something completely different. I got a 4 shot iced coffee and no cream and barely any drizzle. Train your staff to make what customers actually order. This is terrible

   Abdul is kind, professional, and has a people's first attitude. I am a regular customer and each time i have come into the store he has been polite and helpful. What a great asset to Starbucks ! Always thriving to go above and beyond. Even during the busiest of hours he makes me laugh, brings a positive attitude and makes my day. Not to forget he is the fastest at making AMAZING drinks ! Best supervisor here.

   Ordered a vegan carrot cake, was given a non-vegan orange flavoured sponge cake. Member of staff told me the drink that I asked for doesn't exist, despite me having it in Starbucks stores all over Europe over the last 2 years. Drink was horrible, got the first refund I've ever had from a Starbucks. I'd normally just accept it, but this wasn't consumable. Don't have staff working who aren't trained and competent/confident. Makes the experience bad for both customers and staff.
