   Was apprehensive dropping someone off but it was very clearly sign posted. I was worried about height restrictions but a picture on line was a great comfort of the drop off zone. Zone is in three sections if it says 1&2 busy but 3 free use it, everyone was using the first that came up but zone 3 was nearer the door.

   Holy moly the fees of the parking are insanely ridiculous, for literally 5min of stay is just £5, are you guys serious? I had to drop off my siblings and guess what public, the pay machines are only on the 3rd floor next to departure, there is no need to pay online or call, unfortunately there was no machine on ground floor instead i had to go back to the car just to get the platic coin for the machine. Whole europe has better technology than this parking. !! NEEDS IMPROVEMENT !! One more thing lads, the parking spaces are extremely tight that i had to get out throught the tailgate.

   This is by far the most stress free way to park your vehicle at the airport. Easy to follow signage, quick and secure. Simply pull into the car park, follow the parking marshals signals. Stop in a bay, deposit your keys using a QR code sent to you and walk straight into the airport terminal. Even once we returned the whole system went like clock work and we were off on our way in under 15 minuets. Brilliant.

   Ridiculous payment system. Crazy tariffs for a quick drop off (I paid £6.40~€7,37 for 5 min). No exit barriers with contactless pay, just a banner on the wall with “don’t forget to look up our website when you get home or otherwise we will fine you”. Absolutely unnecessary money grab and a humiliating disgrace of the accessibility and welcoming of Manchester airport..

   An expensive experience ...£5 for a few moments . Signs indicating which area to drop off in [No 1] not illuminated so very easy to miss in the dark ....similarly the card reader poorly lit and low down [ take a torch, if late at night !

   You do have to pay for dropping people off, so be sure not to enter the slip road for it without meaning to. However that aside, it's not a bad setup, plenty of spaces and a good amount of room between them to get bags out and easy direct access to the terminal itself. The payment gates themselves are easy and efficient to use too, simply reading your vehicles registration and displaying the owed amount, with card and cash options both available. The roads within the Manchester airport region are a little confusing with lots of signs and roundabouts. Take your time, drive slowly and go round roundabouts multiple times if needs be. Yes it sucks you have to pay money to simply drop a loved one off at the airport, but at least it's a decent service as a result.
