Needed an urgent same day delivery as I needed some legal paperwork collecting from London and bringing to me in Manchester. I could’ve done it myself but it would’ve taken a whole day which I didn’t have spare. I rang round a few couriers companies half of them didn’t answer the phone and the other half didn’t seem bothered and were way too expensive. I spoke to somebody called Lee at this company and he was really helpful and the service was fantastic. Needed some filming equipment collecting from Manchester for a production we were doing in the centre of London. How are usual courier company didn’t let us down as such but they just didn’t have any availability but they recommended we call Red Rocket Couriers. I don’t even think the phone rang and a friendly voice answered and without going into too many details. Everything was booked in and collected in less than 45 minutes, which in our industry is absolutely priceless. If I were usual courier company has issues in the future. We are a production company that was filming at a location in Manchester, and we had some production equipment that needed collecting from our premises in London. We had previously booked a different company who let us down last minute so this was a super urgent job that would have cost our company thousands of pounds and possibly a huge client. We didn’t have a lot of time to shop around, but this companies reviews looked good and after using them ourselves, we can confirm all of the other reviews as they are absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be using them again. I was due to go on holiday and when I got to Heathrow Airport, I realised I’d left my passport at home in Manchester. It was an absolute nightmare but luckily I wasn’t flying till the morning after so I found red rocket couriers on the Internet and decided to go with them. Luckily somebody answered straight away and literally I had my passport in my hand six hours later they saved the day.
