   Hermes is a total shambles, from rude call center staff, to actually not even delivering your parcel. They always have a list of reasons why you should wait and why somehow your either lying to them or how it your fault and they can't change the fact that they don't know what they're doing. Parcel still stuck at depot, ruined a child's birthday who was going for major surgery as they guaranteed a delivery, made me beg and still dissapointed a sick child who went to life saving surgery without a present. Disgusting, awful, disrespectful and dishonest. To date, no call from them as promised, no parcel, nothing. SHAME ON YOU. Anyone using HERMES, don't. They let you down, tell lies, have awful staff and above all don't even try to do what it says on the tin. If you have anything waiting with them, best of luck. You won't get it. I'm still waiting and still calling daily to get my parcel. Its awful and my friends son who had surgery, I'll never forget his sadness and the dissapointment on his face because of this abysmal company.
