   This is the worst ever courier service from Tuffnells. I had ordered from Roseland Furniture on the 13th September and the seller confirmed the dispatch date for 14th September. I got the delivery on of my item on 4th October which is after 21days. I would highly recommend Roseland Furniture to change their courier company. The item I ordered was a nursing chair and my was not happy with everything.

   Driver committed a fraudulent act by signing for the parcel as myself then left it unattended. Upon returning home from work the parcel wasn’t anywhere to be seen. Will definitely not be using tuffnells again.

   Delivery staff ran off leaving my chair outside my house rather than deliver round back after I went to open up. Even after I told them I was disabled and walk with a stick. Never use this company, there are plenty of others out there.

   I was disappointed because they delivered my wardrobes in no time but dressing table was missing when I got in touch they said they had been delivered and signed for which wasn't my signiture and took no photos it was when I got in touch with amazon that they sent me one out don't no weather it was tuffnels or furniture 321 but maybe never had trouble b4 I may have been a one off

   Succesfully lost my parcel, a well package vehicle part weighing 40kg on a pallet. Pretty hard to lose. The collection was made by a guy in an unmarked white van, who knew what my part was as he had previously worked in a BMW breakers yard!!. In addition to the 'dodgy' collection, the customer services team have been worse than terrible. I have chased them daily with no positive feedback. Not once have they proactively messaged or called me. The service I recieved has been terrible, and really concerns me for future delivery. If it's important, pick another courier.

   This company has to be the worst courier service I've ever had to deal with. Ordered a bed through ebay, only to receive 1 of the 2 boxes it was meant to come in. Can't get through to Manchester depot as I keep getting cut off. Checking the delivery status online, someone has clearly forged my signature because my name isn't even spelt correctly! Piss poor service. DO NOT USE!

   Turned up in what I can only describe as a van well past it’s MOT date, damaged parcel (bike) value in excess of £800. We was supposed to receive two parcels, I asked where the other was and he said “I think I see it at the depot but I’m busy init, so just can you take your parcel” Rude, arrogant and outrageously non compliant with acknowledging damage. Do NOT use this company; it just isn’t worth the hassle. As I type this I’m still mind blown that a service can be so utterly shocking. I’d have to try really, really hard to be this bad at my job.

   Possible the worst company i have ever dealt with! never phone you back, answer your calls, reply to emails the list could go on. Lost 2 parcels & damaged over £1000 worth of goods and missed a collection in 1 month! for a customer who spends thousands or pounds a year with them i don't expect this sort of service.
