    The entrance is on Chester road. Had to do another 7mins of walk around to get to the Chester road entrance. Worse still, Printer is out of order... Waste of effort

    It's been four months since I first tried to use this service, and every time I go, it never works. Either the staff is incompetent, or the machine itself has a serious design flaw—because it's always broken. Clearly, something needs to change.

    Went twice in the morning to post a parcel and was told they couldn't take it. A bit useless as a parcel service if you can't even send a parcel. Disappointing to say the least.
