   I purchased some trainer and Evri was their courier company the trainer were purchased as a gift a birthday for my 16 yr old son. Purchased on the 13th of February to arrive on the 24th Feb 2025. Their chat service is horrible ,ruined an experience to ever use them as courier now what I spent for those trainers I have to chase them and have got no response after sending email left right Centre and when you call them it's an automated service that's talks junk .. my question is how can you do that to people and especially with the cost of living robbing people blind then on top they don't let you know if their late any other courier will send you message. You know what next time I will use Royal mail these small courier service can't be trusted and have read other people in my situation but in my situation it's my son birthday and have paid alot money for those trainers and this tracker of their is fully of cac..either their drivers are stealing and not delivering parcels which is wrong .. and I will escalate this to the ombudsman service. Am exhausted and thinking in future I won't use this courier service. Their customer service is shocking you will get someone to reply to these review but don't have anyone to speak to on the phone.. shocking !!!

   Horrible customer service. I tried to call many times, the way they set the system it's impossible to talk to a customer advisor. The AI keeps talking the same thing, it should refer straight to the customer advisor if it fails to understand what a customer is saying.

   Utterly shambolic delivery and customer service. 1 star rating is to high! Still not received my parcel 7 days after the due date. And cannot speak to anyone regarding my issue. Avoid at all costs
