Evri lost my parcel. Evri told me they lost my parcel. The value of the parcel was less than £20, which they give free insurance for. Evri told me my parcel was not covered? Evri told me I was only entitled to my postage in compensation. Evri, after 3 months are stalling on even returning the postage to me. Evri are not regulated, so you can’t escalate your complaint. Evri do not appear to be a Company who can be trusted. They lack trustworthiness, honesty, humility and a sense of fairness. I like to support local businesses, but Evri have failed to help me. I’ll be using Royal Mail from now on. My apologies to the very friendly staff and owners of the shop who really don’t deserve to be associated with the negative feedback associated with Evri.
