   My international house move from Doha to Glasgow was handled by Aramex (even though I booked E2E Global lines). They used a DPD courier to ship 450kgs of stuff and dumped it on my doorstep. Still waiting to hear as a 42 year old arthritic woman how I get this up 3 flights of stairs.

   Worst of the worst. Tried to ship from my home address in the US to my native country of Denmark before Christmas, nothing arrived and even though I tried to contact ARAMEX I had no response whatsoever from them. Three months later I’m now informed, through a third party I had to involved that they will return my 3 shipments to the US again. Never use them and I will absolutely do my best to tell everybody that this is the worst shipping company on earth. Worst service ever!!!

   I have never experienced such bad CX! They have clearly lost my order but there is absolutely no feedback except a robot FB reply! I had to ask for refund from the seller. I strongly urge any company or private person to stay away from this carrier!
