   Always very rude and unhelpful. Didn’t scan one of my return parcels or take my name for return tracking. When I asked if he could correct these issues, he angrily insisted that nothing more was required. Hopefully, I will receive a full refund for each of the parcels that I have returned.

   honestly the worst customer service i’ve ever received , i asked for help in this specific shop and the reaction i received was abnormal, the man there started saying how he doesn’t know how to work the machine however in the past i had seen him doing it. This man became adamant that he couldn’t do it and began swearing at me in his language. The man consistently refused to help me and started shouting at me to leave the shop. The service i received was honestly appalling. (0 stars)
