   Lovely people! Everyone has an off day and people shouldn't be judged for it! Always there for me when needed , had back operation and Ali helped carrying bags into my car. They are both lovely and I have been going for over 20 years. I've noticed the shop has been closed last 3 days hope all okay xxxx

   Disgusting rude owner and staff. Covid pandemic going on and I walk into the shop owner wearing mask over mouth but not nose and woman at till doing the exact same. I was paying on my card and she wanted my card to do it. I said no as I'm worried and care about getting or speeding covid. Owner Ali comes over and starts shouting saying this is my shop it's my rules if you dont like it shop elsewhere. Hes breaking covid rules. Disguising rude owner and shop staff. I'd rather walk to the one shop now than ever spend a penny their again. I'm really annoyed.

   The woman serving was so rude i did nothing wrong at all. She was wearing her mask incorrectly, not covering her nose. I felt like she was very judgy. I won't be shopping here again! Normally, I support local businesses, but I will use any other shop in future! She needs training in customer service! No wonder the shop had no other customers. How rude!

   Absolute Joke this place. The woman behind the counter is very rude. Will never be returning ever again. Please people take note of the reviews. She does not deserve to be in the position she is in. I.E running a shop and most likely owning it. Disgusting customer service. Get it sorted!

   I'd like to give them zero stars. She is absolutely horrendous. We had a wee disagreement about me having my hood up & not having taken it down (due to wearing headphones& not having heard her request) I wasn't rude, never swore at her or made any threats. After 8 years I thought she might let dead dogs lay. I still remained calm, never swore or shouted. She however was as per my last visit patronising, condescending, rude & completely unprepared for any discussion about it. Disgusting dirty shop, disgusting, rude & child like owner.
