   I visited this dentist today , and what can I say. I was absolutely terrified, and I mean terrified due to passed experience with other dentists, But I can truly say I was so made at ease, so looked after, everything explained to me, I am truly truly grateful how I was looked after. I certainly will continue with my treatment at this dentist, I actually enjoyed the experience Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

   I visited Barry Rimmer many years ago who did lots of unnecessary work on my teeth, has inflicted over 20 years of pain on me. This is the worst dentist I have ever visited. If I could change anything in my life, it would be not to visit this dentist

   After 30+ years, I have changed my dentist, now becoming a patient of Dr Waris Patel. My friend had always spoken highly of this practice and having had my initial check up, first course of treatment and a visit to the hygienist, I am delighted to recommend the team unreservedly. On entering, the receptionists provide a warm welcome and are knowledgeable and helpful. That friendly, efficient professionalism pervades the whole surgery. As a patient with many dental problems, Dr Patel conducted a thorough initial assessment, forming a clear plan of future work and explaining everything is great detail. The treatment I received was superb! Having attended two different dental hospitals in the past, this far exceeded both!

   I changed dentists in summer 2024 as John was highly recommended to me. From the initial appointment with John I felt at ease. After my first appointment I received a full report about my teeth which included recommendations of what needed to be done (my teeth are not in the best condition) the care I've received has been brilliant. I have today had a tooth removed, which again went smoothly! So so glad to have found this amazing surgery.

   Wonderful. Waris and his staff are perfectionists. I couldn't have asked for better treatment and results. All at a very competitive price. The aftercare is excellent too. I went for a couple of consultations for dental implants before settling on being treated by Waris, none of them were as good and dearer in price. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable set of implants and better treatment. Excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Extra covid ppe charge is fine but new patients should be made aware of this. They say they do but I was met with unexpected charges. Went for first time check up (no hygiene) for 60 quid and then want me to pay another 60 for first time hygiene because it takes longer. So an extra £15 for this. They claim to be transparent about these charges. The new patient check up is on the website but new patient hygiene charge is not so be aware.

   I cannot fault this dental surgery! After years of being absolutely terrified of going to see a dentist, I never thought that I would ever get away from my fear. But from my first consultation, to treatment and aftercare, I felt at ease and very well looked after. I would 100% recommend to anybody whether they have a fear of the dentist or not! My treatment plan was explained clearly and despite my anxiety and fear of needles I was made to feel very comfortable, pain free and at ease through every stage. Thankyou!

   I came in to have a dental implant and the whole process was very professional and good. My dentist Warris Patel was very friendly and nice, very informative and reassuring. He explained the procedures and pieces of equipment with a real passion and you could tell he knew and enjoyed what he was doing. The dental nurse Sue was always friendly and polite. A great place to go.
