Having lapsed my nhs care with the practice I attended as a private patient and was seen by Tavia who was very thorough and has done an excellent job of a very large filling as well as a smaller one . Being a nervous patient and having had some not great experiences over the years the care from Tavia and her professional manner is the best I have experienced from a dentist. I would highly recommend .

Really great friendly and professional service put me at ease. This was the best possible experience it could have been given the circumstances of a difficult extraction. I’m very grateful to Alex and Courtney for their amazing care.

I used to go to the dental hospital in Manchester and was seen by a dentist called Alex, but I heard he left so I came to his new dental practice just for his outstanding service. He always makes me feel at ease and welcome, he always has my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Alex for anyone that’s nervous

I have been with this dentist for around 5yrs, I had missed my appointment because I had just come out of hospital having had a mastectomy, I rang to say I was sorry I missed my appointment, the practice manager was very aggressive about me missing the appointment, I didn't get chance to explain why, I just said I will leave it for now, I rang back the following week to speak to owner, the receptionist said she was stuck in traffic, I asked who I had spoke the week before she said the practise manager, I told the receptionist she had been very aggressive, and said that I had never missed an appointment, she said you missed one in 2018, I was upset I couldn't speak, I said thanks bye, the reason I had miss that appointment was because my mother had died, it has all been very upsetting.

Had a broken tooth, I asked for tooth extraction and a dental implant, cash upfront. The dentist David ensured me I didn't need this treatment. A ceramic inlay would be more than suitable. I stated I wanted the best treatment my money can get me. Within 2 weeks after receiving the treatment I was getting sensitivity in the tooth so I went back. He told me it wasn't the treatment being ineffective it was to do with pores in the tooth and advised me to rub sensodyne toothpaste on my tooth every hour of the day. I told him I would happily pay for an implant to have no sensitivity. Then he told me he couldn't offer this treatment anyway. So basically he gave me the best treatment he could offer, not what my money can get. Now the Tooth is decaying, the inlay has moved and is cutting my tongue and cheek, as well as the sensitivity growing worse by the day. He told me because it's not causing me any pain, it's okay to not give me an effective treatment that costs more and tried to justify it by saying he's had sensitive teeth for 20 years. Please avoid this dentist at all costs, terrible service, terrible advice and they will sell you short.

Absolutely disgusted with the service received from the practice. Never had an issue with the dentists themselves but practice staff are obnoxious. Recently been told I unable to book an appointment after missing too many, last occasion I attended but was given the wrong time by receptionist who then booked me in again, which was again attended. Time prior was down to my 2 y/o being ill (last summer) and having no child care, voicemail was left in the morning and app was prepaid. I was told at my last app I need an urgent extraction to now be told I unable to book- baffled! Explained all of the above to the receptionist who said she would do an ‘investigation and call me back’ after processing the conversation I have called within 15 mins and said not to bother, I do not want to attend a practice with such poor customer service and would feel uneasy having the URGENT extraction done pregnant in such environment. Let’s hope practice admin staff don’t sink this practice! I recommend doing an investigation into their teams practice instead!
