Went today for check up,needed a small filling was seen to immediately due to cancellation this is a very nice and pleasant dentist would recommend 100% all staff so nice and can chat with dentist with ease..thanks to all great team..
hiya my name is Shauna it is a long story but I had a a lot of treatment witch made my teeth so bad I couldn't smile at all I cried a lot but when I come to this dental care I was a mess I was so scared but Fatima shah listened to me showed me that it could be fix with time and care or the course of my treatment she made me feel safe and showed me she cared and not only that when I lost my brother at my appointment asked me how I was and taken time to talk to me not just about my teeth but how I was coping not only her but the everyone who works there and it makes you feel so safe and happy in there care I now have a beautiful smile I couldn't be happier now my daughter is under her care and I no she is in good hands honesty if u want a happy welcoming place to go this is it thank u all for everything thank you
I'm so happy. Everyone's so lovely, friendly, helpful and I genuinely felt at ease, because of how lovely everyone was to me. They all go above and beyond. I've finally found a good dentist and I feel so much better. I'm beyond thankful and happy. I highly recommend!
I have recently received treatment from Fatima and team to replace two very old and chipped veneers on my top front teeth. The care and treatment received has been absolutely fantastic, clear explanation of what was being done, putting me completely at ease, together with great attention to detail. Huge thanks to Fatima and team, so grateful!
I visited Cotswolds Dentist for the first time today, i was greeted by the lovely receptionist Claire, she could not have been more friendly or helpful, i was swiftly sent into my appointment with again a lovely dentist Nazim, if you are nervous around dentist procedures you wouldnt be here, Nazim put me at ease straight away, he was professional but really friendly, he explained my treatment and couldnt have been more kinder, i can highly recommend this practise and as i left i actually said it could quite be the best experience iv had with a dentist to date
Absolutely fantastic professional service and by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Cotswolds Dentalcare was recommended by a close friend so I knew I was not going to be disappointed by the treatment I received. All staff were kind, considerate and fully caring of my needs. I have had so many bad experiences with dentists, especially by feeling rushed, however I was reassured throughout both of my procedures which helped which sooth my anxiety very much. The fact that I am willing to travel across the other side of town to resume treatment here says alot, thank you all so very much.
Please be aware if you suffer from anxiety of any form this is not the dentist for you. I suffer with anxiety after dental surgery (hospital not here) went wrong and I had to be hooked up to morphine whilst Aintree hospital fixed it. It has left me with severe anxiety about the dentist. I only go in an emergency however I have now been told that's not good enough and refused an appt despite the fact my throat is swelling along with my cheek and jaw. So please don't waste your time if you can't commit to check ups when they demand you too.
Paid £21 for a 5 min consultation which consisted of being jabbed in the gums hard with some sharp implement, having a tiny bit of plaque scratched from the lower 3 teeth and then sent on my way. This dentist used to be amazing under Steve Burtham, you'd always come out with a full set of glowing white teeth after he cleaned them all thoroughly. Now your a quick cash cow to dentists that are shockingly bad at their job. Needless to say I'm now looking for a new dental practice. 36 years as a patient I'm very disappointed. I do not recommend anyone wasting their time or money here.
Not really sure "Rubbish" is all that helpful - how about a bit more info? Why? I have been going here every 6 months for approx 25 years and have never had a bad experience. Whilst the original Dentist, Steven, has now left, the new ones seem good too. The only reason for giving it 4 not 5 stars is that it is not as welcoming an environment to children as it was previously. All the child friendly posters and the toy box have gone. I was told the toys were removed due to Health and Safety reasons, but I find that hard to believe when you find these in so many other places. If I worked there I would be happy to wipe the toys down every few days with detol in my own time. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
